This year Colwood PAC will be using hotlunches.net for most of our fundraising. You must register each year, so even if you signed up in the past, you will have to re-register again for the 2024/2025 school year. We appreciate all your support in helping Colwood PAC raise money.
Please pay close attention to cut off dates as we cannot accept any late orders.
Payments are made though Bambora. You do not need an account to use Bambora. You just need a credit card or Visa debit card. If needed, alternative payment options may be provided.
To register for an account click on the “REGISTER” tab on the main menu bar. This will take you to the registration form to create an account for your family. Each family will have one account and each student at the school will be linked to this account. Once you have created your account you will be able to login and edit your contact information and add additional email addresses to your account.

Once you have registered, you can immediately LOG IN. Once logged in you can go to the HELP tab at the top of the page and go to the Parent Instruction Guide where it will walk you through the steps on how to order for your children.
You will receive a weekly email reminder on Sundays reminding you of any orders or hot lunches that you have signed up for which will be delivered/provided that week. Please remind your child if/what has been ordered so that there is no disappointment. Remember to check your junk folder if do not see weekly reminders in your inbox.
